Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), chief Mohan Bhagwat, delivered the Vijayadashami address on October 2 to the organizations’ headquarters in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The annual speech of the RSS chief carries this year as the organization – the ruling Bharatiya Janata party’s ideological fontain – completes 100 years.
