Saamleerwiligs sue Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies for £ 2 over Netflix show 'The Ba *** DS van Bollywood'

Livemint Updated25 Sep 2025, 03:29 IST IRS officer Sameer Wanctions has a defamation in the Delhi High Court against Red Chillies Entertainment Limited, owned by actor Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan for their television series “Ba *** DS van Bollywood”. In his suit, which is looking for £ 2 damages, shaky claims that the series distributes a ‘false, malicious and defamatory’ portrayal of anti-drug handshaft agencies in the Netflix range.
