Large schemes for Manipur and Assam will also lay the groundstone of projects worth more than Rs 7.300 crore in Manipur and set the schemes worth more than Rs 1.200 crore. This includes schemes such as National Highway, Urban Roads, IT hubs and women’s special markets. This will strengthen the socio-economic structure of the state and provide new jobs to the youth. In this, projects such as Guwahati Ring Road, Kuruva-Narngi Bridge on Brahmaputra River, Darang Medical College and Bio-Oathanal plant at Numaligarh refinery will strengthen connectivity and health structure.
