"PM Modi Gujarat Visit" PM Modi on Gujarat Tour, 5400 Crore projects inaugurated
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be to Gujarat on a two -day visit from today. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Modi will set up and lay the groundstone of development projects worth more than Rs 5.400 crore in Ahmedabad. He will also address a public meeting on Monday night. In a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), it is said that Premier will be in the local production of hybrid battery electrodes in Hansalpur, Ahmedabad, at about 10.30am on August 26, and the export of battery electric vehicles will flag to 100 countries. According to his dedication to the world -class infrastructure and connectivity, Premier Modi will devote various railway projects worth more than Rs 1,400 crore to the country. This includes doubling 65 km long Mahesana-Palanpur railway at a cost of more than Rs 530 crore, 37 km long Kalol-Kardi-Katosan Road Rail Line at a cost of more than Rs 860 crore and converting the 40 km long innocent ruxis railway. Prime Minister Modi will set the widening of the road, bridge and power projects. They will also lay the foundation stone for the erection of a six-lane vehicle undertaking on Ahmedabad-Mehsana-Palanpur road and a railway bridge on Ahmedabad ViramGam Road. These government initiatives will promote industrial development in the region, improve transport efficiency and increase economic opportunities. PA Modi, which promotes the power sector in the state, will introduce power distribution projects in Ahmedabad, Mehsana and Gandhinagar under North Gujarat Power Company Limited (UGL). The Krotbuurt Development Project will set up a slum development project at Sector-3, Taker, Ramapir under the Krotbuiltrehabilitation component of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). He will also lay the foundation stone of the most important road distress projects that are started to facilitate traffic on Sardar Patel Ring Road around Ahmedabad and improve connection. He will also lay the soil stone of large urban infrastructure projects to strengthen water and sewage management systems. India will become the center of battery production, and Prime Minister TDS will also set the next phase of India’s battery ecosystem with the introduction of the local production of hybrid battery electrodes at the lithium-ion battery plant, which will be an important step to become self-sufficient in the green energy sector. This plant is a joint venture between Toshiba, Denso and Suzuki. In addition, more than eighty percent of batteries will now be manufactured in India. Share this story -tags
