These tanks were sent from Nirmal Kutiya, Sultanpur, Lodhi and Seechewal. In this series these tanks were given to the villages. So far he has distributed 215 water tanks in various villages of Punjab with an allocation of Rs 7.5 crore from his MP fund. Sarpanches of the villages said that these steel tanks are a permanent gift to the villages. This will remove water shortage and will also help to water plants and put out fires. Saint Seechewal congratulated the villagers on Diwali and Bandi Chhod Diwas and gave the message to celebrate Green Diwali. He also informed that soon another 50 tanks will also be distributed, in which Dalit community and flood-affected villages will be given priority. Village Ahli Kalan, Bahibal Bahadar, Sidhwan Dona, Sukhani, Kaul Talwandi, Khaida Dona, Jhall Bibri, Mustafabad, Tibba, Isharwal, Mewa Singh Wala, Muhablipur, Dabulian (Kapurthala) and Kasupur, Umarwala Billa, Manakpur, Bajwa Khurd, Mulewal Khaira, Mulewal Araiyan, Khanpur Rajputan, Talwandi. Tanks were handed over to the villages of Salem, Samailpur, Pandori Khas, Bada Jodh Singh, Isewal (Jalandhar). A few days ago, Sant Seechewal also gave tanks to the villages of Jainpur, Haibatpur, Talwandi Chaudhary and Shahwala Andrisa of Kapurthala. On this occasion, apart from Surjit Singh Shanti, Harjinder Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Panch, Sarpanch and dignitaries of various villages were present.
