New -delhi, October 7 (IANS). The Delhi government has announced that it has started a major campaign called ‘Sardar @ 150’ to make the 150th birthday of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The purpose of this campaign is to spread the message of national unity, cleanliness, drug -free life and self -sufficient India to the people. The program lasts until the whole of October and November. Education Minister Ashish Sood gave information about this campaign on Tuesday. He informed that this program was organized under the leadership of Premier Narendra Modi and the leadership of Chief Minister Velha Gupta. Sood said that this campaign would continue the same spirit as Sardar Patel of United dreamed. Under this historical initiative, 150 students from Delhi will take a special visit. These students take water from the Yamuna River and go to 25 major rivers of the country, including Jhelum in Jammu and Kashmir to the Musi River in Hyderabad. This journey will be a symbol of national unity. The holy water of all these rivers will be brought to Delhi later, where it will be anointed in the statue of Sardar Patel in Patel Chowk. During this time, all people will take a promise of national unity. On October 31, on the day of Sardar Patel Jayanti, Chief Minister Velha Gupta himself will perform the statue of the statue with this water. On the same day, a state level Ekta Padayatra is taken out in the capital. The Yatra goes from Patel Chowk to the national war memorial. This will include about 5,000 people, including NSC, NCC, my India volunteers, teachers, students and ordinary citizens. In addition, 150 km long Padyatra will be arranged in 10 Delhi districts from 1 to 25 November. These visits are led by MPs, ministers, MLAs and prominent people of society. When the foundation day of nine states, including Delhi, is celebrated on November 1, a beautiful cultural program and mapping the projection will also be organized at the Red Fort ‘I Bharat Shrestha Bharat-Atamar Bharat’.
