He applied to the SDM, saying that some people made a safety tank on the road in front of his house. It should be removed. Article 144 was later imposed on the command of the competent court. The competent court ordered the Ranchi Municipal Corporation to inspect the website. Ranchi Municipal Corporation investigated the site, saying that a safety tank was built there and that it should be broken. After which the safety tank was ordered to be broken. The applicant in Ranchi Municipal Corporation, which is related to breaking the safety tank, was given, but the safety tank could not be removed. The applicant filed a petition in the Supreme Court and requested to direct the Ranchi Municipal Corporation to break the safety tank on the road in front of their home and to build a road and drain in that place. Nandu Patel filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of JSCA member Nandu Patel to ignore the rules in the JSCA election. During the hearing, lawyer Lukesh Kumar told the court on behalf of the applicant that the rules in the JSCA election were ignored. 19 members voted in the election, whose membership was rejected. In addition, 29 such members also participated in the voting process, which does not have the right to vote. According to the JSCA rules, the right to vote is given only two years after becoming a member. These people were made a member of JSCA a few months ago. The applicant demanded to recall the election.
