Security Guard Charged in Shooting of Teen Outside South Loop Jewel

Raven aikins was charged with aggravated battery with a handgun, accorting to chicago police. Aikins, of the 8100 Block of South Saginaw Avenue, was expecting to appendar for a detection hearing Friday on the Charges.
