Serang Police Arrest Teenage Koplo Pill Dealer, 160 Hard Drugs Confiscated
Jakarta – Serang Police arrested a young man with the initials IF (23), a seller of tramadol and heximer type Koplo pills. A total of 160 pills were confiscated from the offenders. Officers managed to obtain evidence in the form of 120 Hexymer pills and 40 Tramadol pills. Furthermore, a mobile phone that was used as a means of transaction was also seized. The arrest of the suspect began with reports from the public who were suspicious of suspicious activities in Kubang Puji Village, Pontang District, Serang Regency. From the scene, officers found 160 tramadol and heximer pills, as well as a mobile phone that the suspect used as a transaction tool,” Kasatresnarkoba Serang Police, AKP Bondan Rahadiansyah, said on Friday (202/10, Friday). From the result of the investigation, suspect IF admitted that he had been a hard drug dealer for more than a month. He reasoned that he did it to meet economic needs. “The suspect admitted that he got the Koplo pills from someone he met around Muara Angke, West Jakarta. However, the suspect did not know where he lived because the transaction was carried out on the street,” explained Bondan. Bondan stressed that according to orders from Serang Police Chief AKBP Condro Sasongko, his party will not provide space for drug smugglers in the Serang Regency area. “We will continue to carry out preventive and repressive efforts so that society is free from the menace of drugs,” he stressed. He also asked the public to actively report any suspicious activity suspected to be related to drugs. “Community participation is very important in eradicating drug networks.
