Grind Mawa, Mudua full and milk in a mixer and make a soft solution. Remove the solution in a bowl. Keep the solution separate for 15 to 20 minutes, so it swells well. Finely chop the pistachios and grind the cardamom. Put sugar and half a cup of water in a vessel and keep it warm. Check the sugar syrup as the syrup starts to cook. Take 1-2 drops of sugar syrup in a plate and paste it between your thumb and finger and separate it. If a thread is formed, the syrup is ready. Add cardamon powder. Turn off the gas and allow the syrup to cool. If the solution is thick, Malpua will not be thin. A little milk can be added to make the solution slightly thin. If the solution is more thin, Malpua will not be able to take the right form. To make the solution thick, add a little zigra flour to it. If the syrup is thick, it will not go properly in the Malpu’s. To cure the syrup, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water, if the syrup is thin, the Malapus will get the right moisture and will turn them soft. Boil the syrup slightly so that the syrup becomes correct. Heat ghee in the pan. If the ghee medium is hot, add 1 teaspoon solution. Fry Malpua on medium flame. If Malpua turns brown, turn it around and let it be brown from the other side. Remove the malpua and keep it in a plate. Just prepare all the malpua and prepare it.
