Sports health specialist, Asid Yamani, warned against negligence in practicing physical activity, noting that the lack of movement is one of the most prominent reasons that lead to muscle weakness in humans.
Yamani explained that the decline in the muscle mass and the failure of the body to motivate the effort directly affects the physical strength, and the person feels tired and exhausted from the least effort, as well as increasing the possibility of feeling back pain continuously.
During his speech on the “Chicup” program, he indicated that the weakness of the muscles is not limited to the motor performance only, but also may also be reflected in the general balance of the body and causes problems in the joints and spine, stressing that the adoption of an inexpensive lifestyle for long periods has negative health effects in the long run.
Yamani stressed the importance of inserting exercise within the daily routine, especially those that focus on strengthening the muscles of the back and abdomen, indicating that regular exercise is one of the best ways to maintain a sound muscle structure and improve the quality of life.
