On September 20, Prashant Bhushan placed on X, saying that the process of removing the names of voters in the ongoing Sir in Bihar is more fraudulent than expected. The Electoral Commission removed the names of 65 lakh voters from the list. Now research has shown that many of the voters whose votes have been cut have not been included in the removed voter list of the Electoral Commission. Prashant Bhushan had described the entire case as related to sheikhpura district, including nine voters from Hussainabad village in Ariari Block under 172, 173 and 174 of Sheikhpura assembly constituency 169. It was reportedly claim that imtiaz khan, raunak Khatoon, Shahnaz Khatoon, Shahzad Khan, Shano Begum, Somi Khatoon, Wasi Khan, Ladli Khatoon and Shama Praveen were not removed by the Electoral Commission and added. It was also alleged that the voter ID card (Epic) numbers of Ladli Khatoon and Shama Praveen who were recorded on the list were also tampered with. After that, the Sheikhpura district administration issued a press note and called the whole case false. The district magistrate said the assistant election registration officer of Ariyari Block was instructed to investigate the matter. From the voters, Imtiaz Khan, Raunak Khatoon, Shehnaz Khatoon, Shahzad Khan, Shano Begum, Somi Khatoon and Wasi Khan, the voters recorded on the list were included in the concept list published on 1/8/2025. However, the names of other voters were not recorded on the voters list before the widespread review of 2025. These voters have already been included in the voters list before the allegations of Prashant Bhushan. For the remaining two voters, Ladli Khatoon and Shama Praveen, epic numbers of differences were accused. Their names were in part number 174, serial number 822 and are listed in serial number 349. Epic numbers of all voters are also listed in the press note of the district magistrate.
