A person named Neetu kidnapped his seven -year -old niece and raped her and threw the body into the river. The court also fined him. The victim’s brother spoke that he was getting justice while the mother of the convicted called her innocent. The case is now in the Supreme Court. The conviction of the murder of the rape of the innocent was hung. The Poxo Act court condemned the conviction to death in connection with the abduction of the seven -year -old cousin of the relationship and the dead body thrown into the Sarayan River. There was also a fine of 50,000 on the culprits. The Poxo Act court order was sent to the Supreme Court for testing. When the condition deteriorated, he killed the girl and threw the body with the help of one of her colleagues in the Sarayan River. The girl’s father wrote the case on January 14. Police arrested Neetu of Kachanar intersection and recovered the girl’s shoes in her place. Neetu was jailed and submitted in the charge magazine Adalat. The trial entered into the Poxo Act Court. Judge Bhagirath Verma sentenced. Assistant government’s lawyer Gaurav Mishra said the Supreme Court was sent for the decision test. Govind Mishra, lawyer of the government, advocated the prosecution. And as soon as the sentence was sentenced to the tear judge, Neetu’s mother began to drip from the eyes of Neetu’s mother Ramdevi. Neetu is still innocent in Ramdevi’s eyes. He said that Neetu was with him in Lucknow on the day of the incident. Another person from town committed the incident and implies his son.
