Six dead due to lightning in Bihar, very injured

Patna, June 16 (IANS). Six people were killed on Monday due to lightning in Bagaha (West Champaran) and Buxar Districts of Bihar. In addition, eight people were seriously injured. After the lightning incident, an atmosphere of mourning was created in the towns concerned, where families mourn the unexpected death of their loved ones. The first tragedy took place in the Meghwal Mathia village of Ramnagar -block of Bagaha, where Shahabuddin Ansari and officer Ansari died on the spot due to lightning during a sudden storm. Lightning falls under trees in a garden when lightning falls. At the same time, Shamim Ansari, Azim Mian and Deeraj were severely scorched and were taken to hospital for treatment. This incident put the entire town in shock, the family became insignificant and weeds were mourned in the area. The second incident occurred in Buxar, where four people were killed and five people were seriously injured in Chausa and Rajpur police stations. In Chausa, a group of residents sitting on the banks of the Ganges River took place. The dead include Mithilesh Ram (22), Bhagwan alias Jhola Singh (60) and Virendra Gond (45). An cattle also died in this incident. In addition, Chausa Nationsaj Kumar (16), Amit Chaudhary, 30, and Sonu Kumar (18) included in Chausa. Right now, it’s all treated at Buxar Sadar Hospital. Chausa police station said Shambhu Bhagat said that three people were dead and that three people were injured in his area. All the injured undergo treatment at local health centers.
