Law enforcement officers have indicated that the plane, reportedly related to a Tullahoma paralysis operation, crashed to the cropped trees. Several passengers were transported by air to local hospitals, while other medical evaluation received on the accident site, the Tennessee Highway Patrol said on Facebook.
