Break Saturday Night Live Season 51 Premiere Tackles the JK Rowling Controversy in a Weekend Update Sketch Featuring Bowen Yang as Dobby the House Elf. Rowling has Generated Significant Controversy Due to Her Stance on Transgender Rights, Which She Further Reignted Recently With Her Response to Comments Made by Harry Potter Star Emma Watson.

In the Sketch, Weekend Update Host Michael Che Welcomes Dobby (Yang) to the Show, with the House Elf Sharing that HIS MASTER WANTED HIM TO COME ON LIVE TEXT “Define Once and for All What a Woman Is.” When Dobby’s Master is Revealed to Be JK Rowling, he begins beating his heading on the desk to workish himself, as he was not supposed to reveal this information.

Yang’s Costum Partly Slips Off During This Bit, and The Star Says, “Dobby’s Come Undone” Upon Noticing. Dobby Later Claims That Rowling is the Real Victim for Receiving Hate Mail, Including a t-shirt that Says “They K. Saturday Night Live Continuing to be topical and unafraid to tackle contraversy with its take on JK Rowling. She has haen speaking out against transgender Rights for Several Years Now, But Live Before, there was already discourse about Harry Potter‘s DiviSi House Elf Plotlines, especifly the way spew were present in the fourth novel.

The sketch is primarily Concerned with providing commentary on Rowling Continuing to Double Down on Anti-Trans Rhetoric. Featuring Dobby as the one to provides this commmentary adds sturgery, though, consider the problem depiction of House and How Hermione Granger’s Attempts say more rights are mocked in the source material.

Late Night Television Has Seen Many Shakeups Lately, and SO DID The Saturday Night Live Season 51 Cast, Which Saw Numerous Members Existing before the New Season.
