Sports Competition arranged in Malda division under Beauty Hi Seva-2025 Campaign
Malda, September 20 (IANS). As part of the ongoing “Swachhata Hi Seva 2025” campaign across the country, the Swachh Bharat Mission (STC) Sports Competition Saturday was successfully arranged by Malda Mandal of Eastern Railway at Kalindiri Bhavan. “Neatness Hi Seva” is celebrated from September 17 to October 2 under the theme “SWACHHOTSAV”. The competition was led by Malda Division Railway Manager Manish Kumar Gupta and was organized by the Mechanical Department of the Board. Manisha Gupta, chairman, Eastern Railway Women Welfare Organization (Eredblucelu), Malda, with her members and actively participated in the campaign. The worthy presence of other senior branch officials has gave the program a great success. Indoor table tennis meetings are arranged under the sports competition, including singles and double competitions of men and women. The participants acted brilliantly with full enthusiasm and sportsmanship. DRM Malda wrote in the post on his official social media platform X, “Sportswad with cleanliness!” Under “Neatness Hi Seva – 2025” was arranged an indoor table tennis competition by Malda Mandal in Kalindiri Bhawan, Malda. Divisional rail manager, Malda, senior branch officer and Erdbludblue chairman and members were actively present in the program. On Saturday, a cricket competition was also organized by the Jamalpur Diesel Shed, which further encourages the sportsmanship under Swachhta Hi Seva -2025. The competition was led by Krishna Kumar Das, Senior DME (Diesel). Women’s employees also had enthusiastic participation in the event. SR SRC in an exciting match between DME/D XI and SSE/G XI. DME/D xi won. Jyoti Kumari earns the title ‘Player of the Match’ with her brilliant bat and tight bowling. This campaign will continue in the Maltda section until October 2, 2025.
