Akpol has institutional research in Jambi, in the hope for Polri officials with integrity

Jakarta – The Police Academy (Akpol) held an institutional research activity conducted at Jambi Regional Police. This research is a collaboration between Akpol and Diponegoro University (UNDIP) and Semarang State University (Unnes). The activity took place on Monday (28/7), with the alumni of Akpol graduates from 2022 to 2024 now serving in Jambi Regional Police, held on July 27 to August 1, 2025. In the activity there were four researchers, namely combes Dr. Eko suprihanto, combes m iqbal alquudusy. Browse to continue with the content Kakorgadik Bingadik Akpol Lemdiklat Polri, Combes Iqbal said the purpose of this activity was to investigate the effectiveness of the Jarlatsuh pattern (learning, training and care) to form the profile of Polri officers with integrity, professional and humanistically. “Through the pattern of Jarlatsuh education while we are in Akpol, we hope that graduates get academic provisions, characteristics, technical and physical skills, so they are ready to face different challenges in the field,” Commissioner M Iqbal told reporters Wednesday (7/30/2025). He added that the success of Akpol education could be measured by the profile of graduates who could become in the integrity of the national police officer with the rank of IPDA, had a Bachelor of Police Station (s.tr.k.), and that he could become a leading line manager in the implementation of the technical functions of the police. This institutional research raised the theme ‘construction of Jarlatsuh to realize the police as guards of life, building civilization and humanitarian fighters’. The goal is to: find and analyze the Jarlatsuh pattern performed in the Police Academy, analyzing the influence of the Jarlatsuh pattern on the performance of the Akpol -graded officers while serving, “and the right and ideal jarlatsu which has a humanistic soul and character, ”he explained.
