This Indian Origin Arts Professional will place Bali on the Global Art Map

As the founding director of the fair, Dolma is intentional in her efforts. “Indonesian art is under -represented internationally,” she notes. “The primary focus of Art & Bali is to bring Indonesian artists under one inclusive roof and to exhibit their work on a global platform. We want to create a space that not only celebrates local artists, but welcomes welcome collectors and curators from all over the world to appreciate and pay attention.” With a decade-long career, Dolma worked with institutions such as Saffron Art and Photoink Gallery in New Delhi, as well as the Serendipity Arts Festival in Goa and Indian Ceramics Triennale. When we meet, she is still launching photo Bali, an international photography festival launched by her in Nuanu, which concluded in August.
