The officials informed both shop owners and clients about the bad effects of plastic and motivated them to adopt alternative eco-friendly options. Authority officials said plastic for one -time use is a serious threat to the environment. It not only pollutes the land and water resources, but is also fatal for animals and birds. He said such campaigns will be constantly being fed to make Greater Noida a clean and green city.
