From the world of childhood, especially the internal child, Al -Hassan Al -Falasi started his project, which is “Ener Shald bakery”, saying: “I wanted through my project to present my descriptions to people, and I chose the name to the project, because I can present all the tastes that he created, especially that occupies a place in the memory”, and confirmed that he studied international hospitality, security and safety of food, and after the Koruna pandemic, as the majority of people began to cook, His recipes were admired by the family, and he started with his small project, and the facilities submitted were distinguished and allowed him to convert the hobby into a real project, and noted that the event is a distinctive opportunity for small restaurant owners to present their lists in large restaurants, indicating that the event allows him to represent the Emirates, and provides him with support to develop his project.
Smaller
