Supreme Court condemns 'Breaking Emergency' in the investigations of the Director of IIM Rohtak

The Punjab High Court and Haryana said today that it was an attempt to break an emergency to with the proceedings against Dr. Deeraj Sharma, director of IIM Rohtak. The claim came after the decision was given by the Bank of Justice Vinod S. Bhardwaj that the final result of the investigation proceedings would only be effective in the next date of trial. Dr Sharma said by senior lawyer Chetan Mittal by the bank that the adjournment application filed in the written written petition against the investigations. During the hearing, the bank described the law of attorney general in addition to India as ‘wrong’ that the meaning of interim order should be allowed to allow the written petition. The court demanded that the interim prayer not equate to the consent of the written petition. This only postponed the final result of the investigative proceedings that can be instituted. In contrast, the petition can be fruitless if interim protection is not transferred at the current stage. Share this story -tags
