Supreme Court remains at the handing over of SMS Stadium badminton indore Court to private hands, understand in the video, what is the whole case

The Rajasthan High Court has currently remained the preparation of the state government to hand over the Badminton Ben’s Houses Court at SMS Stadium to private hands. The Bank of Justice Anoped Hande gave this important order while filing a petition on behalf of the player Vyam Lamba and others. The Supreme Court issued notices to the State Government and the Sports Council, which imposed an interim ban on the e-tender process on August 18. The court both asked to provide a detailed answer in the case. The objection of the players was argued by the requesters that the Badminton Ben’s Houses Court was the state’s track and that it would be against the interests of the players. The court has long been used for the training of players at state and national level. If it is handed over to the private operator, the players may experience economic and administrative problems in the use of the court. Players say that privatization of government sports facilities can become an impediment to talent rather than promoting sports. It was also argued in court that the e-tender process was released without the opinion of the players and without transparent policy. The government and the council issued a notice to the State Government and the Rajasthan State Sports Council in this matter and asked them to answer in two weeks. The court asked why this Court of Public Interest and Training is players, why is it taken to privatization? Relief among the players is a sense of relief among badminton players with this Supreme Court order. He has long opposed this decision and also warned against the movement. The players say that if the court went into private hands, their practice would be affected and that sports facilities would be expensive. Share this story -tags
