Surprisingly from Jan Aushadhi Kendras in Bhagalpur, Boon for Poor, 1000 medicine in 200
Bhagalpur, April 3 (IANS). So far, more than 2 dozen Prime Minister Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras is operated in the Bhagalpur district Bihar, which is part of a major public interest scheme of the government. Through these centers, cheap and quality medicine is provided to the poor and needy people. The crowd is currently increasing at Prime Minister Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras in the campus of JLN Hospital in Bhagalpur, Mayaganj and Sadar Hospital Bhagalpur, which is proof that the scheme is beneficial to the public. Suraj Kumar, a Purnia resident, said on Thursday with the Ians news agency that he had come to Bhagalpur, 100 km away for the treatment of his father. Suraj said medicine is very expensive in the market, while medicine is available at very low prices here. If the cost of medicine in the market is thousands of rupees, the same medicine is available here for 200 rupees. We benefit a lot and for this we thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Dilip Bhagat, who arrived from the Bhagalpur Nathanagar area to buy medicine, told Ians that he was taking medicine from Prime Minister Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra for the past three years. He said this scheme is very good. I have been taking medicines from here for the past three years and I think the medicine here is more effective than market medicine. In addition, the price is also very low. Dileep thanks Prime Minister Narendra Modi and says that I want the benefit of this scheme to be every town, town and all over the city. If this happens, poor people will get a lot of relief. He also said that he could confidently say that the result of this scheme would be better in the future. The purpose of the Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Yojana is to provide cheap and quality medicine to the people affected by weak and expensive medicine. This scheme not only gave the people cheap medicine, but also caused them to experience a positive change in the direction of health services. Its effect is clearly visible in different parts of Bhagalpur and there is a positive reaction among the people. Let us know that ‘Jan Aushadhi Yojana’ got a new look in September 2015 as ‘Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Yojana’ (Pmjay). In November 2016, to give more speed to the plan, it is again called ‘Premier Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Project’ (PMBJP). -Ians PSK/GKT shares this story tags
