The Department of Home Security (DHS) has “limited support in the form of facilities, infrastructure and other logistics needs” of Naval Station Great Lakes, 56 kilometers north of Chicago, said base spokesman Matt Mogle. Details of the extent of the planned Chicago operations remain unclear.
