Air quality in delhi-ncr again badly, joke-1 applied

New -Delhi, April 2 (IANS). Pollution in Delhi-NCR has increased again. The air quality index (AQI) crossed 200 on Wednesday and scored 217, which falls into the ‘weak’ category. In light of this, the limitations of joke-1 were again implemented. According to the Daily AQI Bulletin issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality decreases. According to the prediction of the Indian Institute of Meteorological Department (IMD) and Indian Tropical Meteorological (IITM), Delhi’s AQI can remain at this level. The Air Quality Management Commission (CAQM) grape committee decided to implement 27 Sutriya Action Plan under the stage of the joke, while reviewing the current air quality. Earlier on March 29, it was decided to lift the sanctions of joke-1 in light of the reduction in pollution. All involved in Delhi-NCR agencies were instructed to strictly implement these measures. In particular, the commission said that their measures will take place to reduce pollution in construction and demolition activities because it makes the greatest contribution to Delhi’s pollution in the summer. Essential guidelines were given for ordinary people under Grap Stage-1. People were asked to check their vehicles regularly and carry out the right setting, maintain proper air pressure in vehicles tires and keep the pollution control certificate of vehicles updating. It is said that the car of the vehicle turns off on the traffic signal and does not drive unnecessarily. Priority to adopt a hybrid vehicle or electric vehicle. Do not throw garbage or other waste material in open places.
