Ghaziabad: Criminals used to get rid of jail by false documents, 7 members of the gang arrested

Ghaziabad, June 5 (IANS). Ghaziabad police arrested an organized gang on Thursday, who worked to get bail to the prison sentence by submitting false documents in court for years. Seven members of this gang were arrested in a joint action of the crime branch and the Kavinagar police station. The police investigation has revealed that this gang has so far has about 600 to 700 criminals by false documents bail. The gang members first recorded a real land record and then made false Aadhaar cards based on the same name and address. After this, by applying the false seal of the CSC service center, the documents were valid and false in court. The arrested accused includes Anoj Yadav, Israr, Bablu, Lokendra, Rahul Sharma, Sunil Kumar and Vikas Rajput Alias ​​Samrat. During interrogation, the gang members used to provide false bail for 500 to 700 rupees. The gang leader is a student of Vikas Alias ​​Emperor LLB and he has learned to make false documents and teach his colleagues. Development used to prepare false copies of Aadhaar card and letter, while other members used this network by staying in the Ghaziabad Court site. Police recovered 21 false Aadhaar cards, 18 false khatauni, laptop, stamp, clock ties and other documentary material from these accused. Adcp Crime Piyush Singh said the Swat team, the crime branch and Kavinagar police arrested seven people in joint action. These people earlier produced false bail for the accused who received bail in court. Earlier, this gang took out the Khatoni newspapers and prepared a false Aadhaar card on their base and then found bail in court. The gang has been active for the past 3-4 years and has constantly offered false bail in court. He further said that cases have already been registered against the seven accused arrested in several serious divisions.
