In the old policy, no builder emerged to build affordable homes under PPP mode. The demand for the builders was more. After the amendment, the department now hopes that the builders will emerge. This will help develop light colonies, including the development of slums. The GIS recording for sales zones in urban bodies, on the other hand, the construction of the sales zone in all the municipal bodies of the state began. The Department of Development and Housing Division marks the sales zone using recording and data collection in urban bodies. The data of street vendors, location and activities were collected from this GIS recording. Vending and no-recommendation zones are determined on the basis of road width, traffic flow and population density. In addition, proposals from sidewalk sellers, business organizations, traffic departments and the general public are also included in the committee. According to departmental information, sales zones in various municipal bodies of the state are created under the National Urban Liveinhood Mission (zero). According to the Department of Urban Development and Housing, 25 sales zones have so far been formed. The maximum 17 sales zones were built in the capital Patna. In addition, three are in Sitamarhi, while Bihiya, Bhagalpur, Motihari, Darbhanga and one sales zone were created in Buxar. A total of 1685 pavement -shop owners were established in these sales zones, including 1023 in Patna, 65 in Bihiya, 170 in Sitamarhi, 152 in Bhagalpur, 104 in Motihari, 104 in Motihari, 67 in Darbhanga and 104 in Buxar.
