Rajasthan: Cyber Fraud Racket has arrested in Alwar, six arrested six
Jaipur, September 19 (IANS) in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, police have a large cybercrime rocket responsible for online fraud of more than Rs 100 crore, which has had great success under Operation Cyber Sangram. Six accused have been arrested, including Mastermind Sanjay Arora, for involvement in the creation and sale of hundreds of Mule bank accounts used for white money received from cyber fraud. Alwar Superintendent of Police Sudhir Chaudhary said the action was started after raising charges of cybercrime, including sexual abuse, market scam and fraud -fraud -dense transactions. A special team from the Vaishali Nagar police station, led by the Gurudutt Saini police station, investigated and traced the network that works behind the curtain. Investigations supported by Alwar Cyclone Cell revealed that a suspected bank account called Lakshmi Enterprises was used for fraudulent Rs 41 crore transactions, with more than Rs 2 crore associated with 101 formal complaints. During interrogation, the accused acknowledged that they created false firms and opened the current accounts through the names they sold to Cyber Criminal Gangs. These mule bills were used to move illegal funds quickly, so that the accounts could be withdrawn before the accounts were marked or frozen. The arrested persons gave full access to the fraudsters to bank vouchers, such as account number, IFSC code, internet banking details and cellphone numbers linked. Communication and transactions were done through encrypted messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram. Police seized adequate evidence, including checkbooks, ATM cards, signed checks, cell phones, SIM cards and digital records associated with transactions associated with mules accounts.
