Four youth gang with a girl who goes alone, all adopted to escape but little fault has brought to jail
In the Kasganje district of Uttar Pradesh, the minor victim, a victim of gang rape, reached the court under strict security on Tuesday. The 16 -year -old victim recorded her statement before the magistrate in court. According to police, eight people have so far been arrested in this startling case. Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Kasganj, Rajesh Kumar Bharti, said the property will be attached to property under the appropriate provisions of the Indian Civil Protection Code (BNSS) against both the relentless accused. According to police, the minor girl went to fetch a ration card with her 17 -year -old fiancé on April 10. After returning from the DSO office, both sat near the canal, when Yogesh, Ajay and seven eight people came there and both took to the bushes. In their complaint, the victim claimed that three people raped her, while the others trapped her gold earrings and Rs 5,000 cash and forcibly transferred Rs 5,000 through UPI. The police officer said blood samples were taken at the district hospital for DNA testing of eight accused arrested on Monday. The ASP said that the victim had identified all eight people whose DNA samples were sent for investigation. The administration also provided security to the victim and her family, along with financial aid. Additional Superintendent of Police (APP) Rajesh Kumar Bharti said that the district magistrate Medha Rupam and Superintendent of Police Ankita Sharma went to the victim’s home and gave him a remuneration test of five Lakh calls and also investigated the installation of CCTV cameras around the house. A police officer said two armed guards, two women’s constables and five other security personnel were deployed for the victim’s twenty -four -hour security. The authorities also shared their personal contact numbers with the family to ensure direct contact in any emergency. Meanwhile, the District Police Officers (Pro) refused to provide security to the fiancé of the victim. However, ASP Bharti said that the youth are in contact with the police and that his safety is being monitored. According to the Pro, two shifts of waiting duty were installed at the victim’s home, in which five staff members were deployed in each shift. He said the authorities also made arrangements for the safety of major witnesses. He said the police teams were looking for the absolutely accused and that the process of attachment would soon begin. According to police, a fir in the case in terms of section 70 (gang rape), 126 (2) (wrong stop), 308 (5) (compulsory repair) and the Poxo Act was filed in the case. Share this story -tags
