This fine is due to the non -payment of the insurance claim. After the death of the consumer, the commission made a decision not to claim the assurance to the woman on behalf of Axis Bank. It was notified that Man Ashwani Kumar had an account in the bank, in which the ATM card was also the titanium facility, which was used under the term and condition.
