Apply sunscreen in the right ways

Beauty applies the right ways, use about half a teaspoon for sunscreen and neck and two to three teaspoons of sunscreen for the entire body. Apply sunscreen for 15-20 minutes before it comes out in the sun so that it mixes well in the skin. Choose SPF 30 or more sunscreen. If you go swimming, SPF 100 is better.
