The 2013 Uttarakhand floods in Uttarakhand, heavy rain and floods in Uttarakhand caused destruction. About 5,700 people were killed and thousands of people disappeared in this disaster. The rivers were in gate, which reduced all the ways of traffic and communication. 4. The Odisha Storm of 1999 In 1999, the fierce cyclone in Odisha caused great destruction in the state. About 10,000 people were killed in this storm and millions of houses were destroyed. Almost all areas of Odisha suffered serious damage. 5. Kerala flooding of 2018 destroyed the state in Kerala in 2018. More than 400 people were killed and millions of people were affected in this flood.
