Delhi: AMIT Shah will be in the second national conference of Antf Chiefs on September 16
New -Delhi, September 13 (IANS). Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, the Second National Conference of Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) heads of states and union areas on September 16 in New Delhi. On this occasion, AMIT Shah releases the annual report 2014 of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and will be launched an online drug policing campaign. The conference held on September 16 and 17 participates in AnatF heads of 36 states and trade union areas as well as stakeholders from other government departments. This conference will provide a strategic platform to strengthen Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s drug -free India’s determination and to reach a roadmap to achieve this goal. The theme of this conference organized by Narcotics Control Bureau is ‘joint resolution, shared responsibility’. At this conference, the collective efforts made by all stakeholders involved to deal with the problem of drugs in the country will be extensively and analyzed and future road maps. The conference will also consider a detailed discussion on different aspects, including drug supply, demand and loss, as well as steps to be taken to strengthen their national security implications and to strengthen the law enforcement of drugs in the country. The need for the entire government approach to deal with this problem will also be noted. The Anti-Narcotics Task Force of NCBs and State Central regions offers future partnerships, which integrate technology, intelligence information and community action to deal with drug abuse and smuggling. The Modi government has accepted a ‘zero -tolerance’ policy against drugs. In 2021, Home Affairs Minister Amit Shah ordered all states and trade union areas to draw up a dedicated task force against the process.
