Ironically, it is likely that the best fate with sought after offers is approached as soon as the recruiters have mapped the most important talent in competitive firms. Despite the cost of costs in companies, there is always a budget for the competent fate, and a move for the top performers will mean a better -than -expected change in salary this year. But here lies the indemnity of your employer today will have a road map for you, and if the markets slide down, you are safer than most.
