Up: Neil Vijay Singh, who has arrested the events of the Culture Division

Lucknow, May 23 (IANS). STF arrested Neel Vijay Singh of Kanpur, an event manager who made a disorder in the events in the Uttar Pradesh culture department. Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force said that Neil Vijay Singh alias Shivendra Pratap Singh, who manipulated the amount received by the artists, was manipulated in the events offered by the Culture Division by the STF of the headquarters Vibhutkhand. According to the information, the headquarters received a complaint application, in which the India-Nepal Friendship Festival organized by the Department of Culture was accused of the manipulation of the amount the artists received. The investigation into the application was started by the Deputy Superintendent of Police Deepak Kumar Singh. In the course of the investigation, it was found that the details of the bill paid to the complainant were provided by the government box, Jawahar Bhavan Lucknow, on March 31. This bill was received from the Department of Culture. This bill of the Department of Culture is related to the payment of the Bill of the Indo-Nepal Mitri Festival 2024-25. On February 18, 2025, the complainant was invited to sing in the Indo-Nepal Friendship Festival 2024-25 held by the event manager, Neil Vijay Singh, in Bahraich district. In which the complainant participated in the said program. The complainant was talked about Rs 35,000 for this program, but only 30 thousand were placed in the complainant’s account by Neil Vijay Singh. After some time, Cancel Check was demanded by Neil Vijay Singh to pay the remaining money to the complainant. After giving the Cancell check, on March 31, 2025, he received Rs 2,41,000 from the state treasury Jawahar Bhavan. Shortly thereafter, Neil Vijay Singh called and demanded a complainant. On this, the complainant denied the said amount and said that this amount was received from the state treasury, which is not possible to withdraw from the account. This amount appears to be a government payment, and it will be through the account or account again through which the said amount has been received in his account.
