Appoint an expert engineer to find out the right height of the bridge in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh High Court
A Division Bank of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on Tuesday ordered an expert engineer to locate an exact degree of railway bridge in the Aishbagh area in Bhopal. The notorious bridge criticized the 90 degree design. The Supreme Court also asked the Department of Public Works (PWD) to compare the design of officials and the work done by the architecture. Supreme Court chief justice Sanjeev Sachdev and Justice Vinay Saraf issued an order not to take a strict step against the private contractor architecture, as the company filed a petition with the design of the General System (GAD) of the Department of Public Works and said the bridge degree is 119 degrees. Action for defective drawing has already been done. “The company should not be held responsible for any errors in the design, as the construction work has been done completely according to the general arrangement drawing.” Share this story -tags
