This problem is mostly done to astronauts and increases if it stays long. Effect on the heart does not have to work hard to pump blood into space to the heart, so the size can be slightly smaller. When the passengers return, their heart is weak and the blood flow is not right. This can make the heartbeat irregular and increase the risk of heart disease.
