As the severity of the incident was seen, a special team was formed under the leadership of ACP Najafgarh Mahesh Narayan. The team consisted of Asi Dayaram and Constable Suresh. Police searched CCTV footage and detected the crimes using technical supervision. Three accused DCP Dwarka Ankit Singh has arrested that three crimes have been arrested in the case. He was identified as Vikram, Amit and Vijay. Vikram and AMIT are residents of Sonepat, while Vijay is a resident of Sainik Enclave in Najafgarh. Investigation revealed that Vijay had already registered five criminal cases. Police are questioning the accused to find out if they have made other such incidents elsewhere. The police investigation is ongoing, police believe the crimes have already planned the robbery. It deliberately ordered food late at night to target the delivery boy on the deserted road.
