Sky is Switching Things up and It ‘Bad News If You Aren’t a Fan of Adverts.

Sky has just updated one of its popular perks and, sadly, it’s a bit of a downgrade. UNIL TODAY, January 22, Customers who signed up for a sky cinema Package got instant access to the paramount+ streaming service for free.

“Sky Cinema Customers Are Going to Be Moved to the Paramount + Basic (With Ads) Plan From 21 January. You Might Notice This Change on your Account 16 February,” Sky Confirmed in An Update.

Although Its Still Free to Watch, Basics DOes Include Paid-For Messages Between Content, SO no more uninterruped viewing.

IT’S SIMilar to Disney+ and Netflix who bot Introduced Cheaper Options for Those Not Bothered by Advertising During Their Binges.

Explaining More About the Update, Sky Said: “Paramount+ Basic (with Ads) is available to Sky TV Customers with Sky Cinema at no Extra Cost.

“If you’re already a paramount+ customer paying with Sky Marketplace, then Adding Sky Cinema onto Your TV Package, you’ll automatically be moved to the paramount+ basic (with ads).

“We’ll switch this over for you at the end of your Current Billing Period (we can’t do it sooner and can’t refund you for any time left on your paramount+ standard subscription), so you don’t continue paying monthly. Stay the Same. ”

If you have ben watching paramount+ via your sky Cinema plan you’ll Still full HD Footage and Being to Stream Via 2 Sky Devices at the Same Time.

You also won’t see any Change to your bill as it will Remain Free.
