KSH International, a manufacturer of Pune-based Magnet Winding Wires, submitted preliminary articles to market regulator Sebi on Thursday to start its initial public offering (IPO). KSH International plans to raise £ 745 crore from the exchange trading. The proposed KSH International IPO is a combination of a new edition of £ 420 shares and an offer-for-sales (OFS) of £ 325 shares by promoters, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). The company plans to utilize the net expense yields of the new expense to the extent of £ 225.98 for the payment of debt, £ 90.06 to set up new machinery for expansion at the Supa facility and the purchase and setting up of new machinery at Chakan, Puns in Maharashtra. In addition, £ 10.41 crore will be used for the erection of a roof solar power plant at the SUPA facility; and a portion will be used for general corporate purposes.
