Maharashtra: In Panvel, brothers killed with stone, arrested accused

Mumbai, September 26 (IANS). A sad incident came to light in the Panvel City police station in Navi Mumbai, where a brother killed his real brother with a stone. The incident occurred on September 25 at 8:37 pm in the Karanjade Sector 7. Once the information was received on Dial 112, police came into action and arrested the accused within one hour. According to police, deceased Dattu Vallya Kale, 38, was killed by his real brother Ntsesh Vallya Kale. On the information of the incident, Bit Marshall’s policeman Vilas carands and Rajendra Kenny immediately reached the place. It was learned that NekaSh was disappearing, but police arrested him from his home in Karanjde. In the initial investigation, Nailsh acknowledged the crime. He said that Dattu had an alleged illegal relationship with his cousin’s wife, which took on the old rival a violent form. In anger, Nagesh made several attacks on Dattu’s head with a stone, causing him to die on the spot. A case was registered under section 103 (1) (murder) of the Indian Criminal Act on the complaint of the deceased’s son Deepak Kale at the Panvel City police station. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 3) Prashant Mohite told reporters: “The accused Nostesh has been arrested. He is in custody of the police, and the case is being investigated intensely. We will notice if there was no reason behind the murder.” He said that the stone used in the murder was recovered and that a forensic investigation had been sent. Local residents are surprised by this violent incident in Karanjade area. Neighbors said there were quarrels between the two brothers earlier, but no one expected such a terrible end. Deepak told police that his father worked as a laborer and that the family had problems.
