Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Mosque -dispute, the next trial will be held on September 26

PrayAgraj, September 12 (IANS). The case related to Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute in Mathura is in the Allahabad High Court. On Friday, a single bank of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra heard the case and set up the next trial on September 26. The case number 7 and 13 was especially in discussion during the hearing held on Friday. In the case 13, the plaintiff Mahendra Pratap Singh filed his objection. At the same time, there was a debate in the case 7 to remove the name of the plaintiff number 1. The court made clear that all the parties must submit their objections before the next hearing so that the trial of the case could go smoothly. A total of 18 petitions associated with this dispute are pending in the Allahabad High Court. These petitions demanded that the Royal Idgah mosque and possession of land be removed. It is constantly debated. In the last hearing held on August 22, an application under section 151 of the CPC was submitted by the Masjid Committee, which claimed a ban on further proceedings of integrated cases. His side was just to hear the delegation. The court then gave time to the temple side to file objections. On July 18, the Allahabad High Court declared the case number 17 (Lord Krishna Virajaman and others) as a representative case. The Royal Idgah Masjid Committee prefers that only this representative case should be heard and that all other promises should be forbidden. The temple side claims that the Shahi Idgah mosque was actually built on the land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and that the mosque was built by demolishing the original temple, while the mosque side says that the dispute has already been resolved under the 1968 agreement and now new cases are not durable. -Ians pim/gkt share this story tags
