In Rajasthan, the results of the council investigation will be reduced, the government teacher transferred and 17 CCA action will also be done.

The Secondary Education Directorate has released a new circular regarding the criteria for reviewing the examination results from orchard classes. The steps to be taken when the examination results drop have been changed. Now, once in five years, if the examination results fall less than the prescribed criteria, the teacher and the head of the institution will receive written warning and can also be transferred. At the same time, if the result of orchard classes is less consecutive years or 3 years less in 5 years, 17 CCA action will be taken against the teacher concerned. In the new provision, the acting heads of the institutions are also released, such as a lecturer or teacher working as a principal with the teaching of his class, and as head of the institution, the result result will be considered less if the results are half of the prescribed criteria. At the same time, if the teachers who do not have the subject qualification teach in higher classes, they also received a 50% discount in the criteria. The new provisions apply from the 2024-25 session for the institutions and teachers of the 8th and 5th class, including 10th and 12th. Teachers’ Association expressed resentment, general secretary of Rajasthan Primary Secondary Teachers, Mahendra Pandey, said this decision was correct. For the low result of one year, only written warnings and the calculation of the low results of five years will give relief to the teachers, and the department will also reduce the workload. For low results, the criteria will also be set by the education department for low results. In this, the result of the subject in Class 12 for lecturers is 70 percent or less and the result of the subject in Class 10 is 60 percent or less and 40 percent or more students in class 8th and 5th as less. While the result of class 10 for the head of the institution is 50 percent or less and the result of class is 12 60 percent or less and in class 8 and 5, 50 percent or more students’ E degree, the result of the institution will be considered less.
