India-France joint military exercise 'Shakti' begins, the Indian team of 90 soldiers participating

New -Delhi, June 19 (IANS). The joint military exercise between the powers of India and France ‘Shakti’ started on Thursday at Camp Larzack in La Cavalry, France. This military exercise is an important step towards strengthening the conductive coordination, interactivity and mutual understanding between the armies of the two countries. This is the eighth edition of this joint military exercise between the two armies. There will be many important joint strategic exercises here during joint military exercises ‘shakti’. War skills will also be exchanged by both armies. A team of 90 soldiers from the Indian army participate in this bi -annual military exercise in France. A team of Indian soldiers mainly consists of soldiers of a battalion of Jammu and Kashmir Rifles. Apart from this, soldiers from other army branches also participated in this exercise. At the same time, 90 soldiers of the 13th Foreign Lion Halgion Halgon Halgle of the French army participated in this exercise. The exercise runs until July 1, 2025. The main focus of the version ‘Shakti -2025’ focuses on a sub -traditional war under the Chapter of the United Nations Charter. It is arranged under semi-urban regional conditions, that is, in such areas and circumstances, the staff of both armies will complete different military campaigns. His commander Colonel Benjamin Brunet, Deputy Commander Lieutenant Colonel Castilllo, was present on behalf of the French party. All of these officers greeted the participating soldiers and expressed the confidence that this practice would deepen India-French defense cooperation.
