Prior to this increase, 34 percent DA and Dr were given to employees and pensioners by the state government before this increase. Now after the increase, it is increased to 38 percent of the basic salary. This is the second increase in DA in the year 2022 by the state government. With the change in DA from July, employees will get six months in arrears at the same time. In September, DA was increased by 3 percent, before the Odisha government announced a 3 percent increase in DA and Dr. for employees and pensioners in September. At the time, it was increased to 34 percent. Earlier, the Meghalaya government increased the beloved allowance of civil servants and pensioners by 4 percent. From July 2022 the increase in beloved allowance was also implemented. In Tripura, a buffer was recently increased by 12 percent in DA and Dr. of employees and pensioners of the state state. In addition, the salary of contract employees in the state has also been increased. After this change, more than one Lakh employees and about 80 thousand pensioners will benefit.
