Puducherry government will learn students for free

Puducherry, April 16 (IANS). PUDUCHERRY -Head Minister A Rangaswamy made a big announcement for the Fisherman Society on Wednesday. The chief minister said that we decided to carry the expenses of students’ education for the benefit of the Fisherman Society. He said the cost will be spent on this, it will carry the Puducherry government and start working to carry the expenses. Soon, its benefits will begin to appear on the ground. Chief Minister Rangaswamy held this announcement during the inauguration ceremony of Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana in Perunthlaver Kamraj Manimandapam to East Coast Road. The chief minister said in his speech that, under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, many schemes were performed to improve the living standards of the fishing community across the country. In this direction, the Puducherry government is also committed to the welfare of fishermen. He informed that the government would bear the burden for this, because the students of the fishing community have no impediment in education. He also said that under the Matsya Estate scheme, modern fishing technology, ice plant, cooling storage and market facilities, which will increase the revenue of the fishermen. The chief minister, although he wishes all the beneficiaries, said that the government was constantly trying to do their sustainable development and good. The ceremony was organized by the Department of Fisheries and the welfare of the fisherman of the Puducherry government. The Union Minister of State for Fisheries George Kurien was present as special guest at the program. During the program, fisheries development schemes were inaugurated by the prime minister and a variety of welfare aid was also granted to fishermen.
