Of. Annamalai demands a CBI investigation into the Karur Stampede

Chennai, September 28 (IANS). Former Tamil Nadu BJP President KK Annamalai on Sunday demanded an investigation from the Central Bureau of Inquiry (CBI) of the Stampede at the Karur meeting. 40 people were killed in these bumps. He accused the state police and the local administration of serious dilapidated. After meeting the affected families, KK Annamalai said this tragedy could be avoided by better planning and safety deployment. He said: “This (TVC head) is not the fault of Vijay. It is the work of the State Police and Intelligence section to estimate the crowd and deploy a sufficient number of security forces. Why the seven -hour program was allowed two hours? 5,000 people do not handle. State police claim that 500 staff members were deployed, but there were fewer than 100 soldiers on the ground level. The local administration failed badly. The state government must take responsibility for this failure. Karur BJP unit announced a compensation of one lakh calls to each victim’s family. He responded to the police’s government and right side of the police. Devasiravatham said this tragedy was not caused by intelligence, he said police responded to the initial proposals of TVK and eventually 15,000 people. Some of the conditions of MOB management have been violated and a case is registered. The investigation will reveal the responsibility. “-Ins AKS/DKP Share This Story -Tags
