GST reform will give the public great relief: Jayanarayan Mishra

Bhubaneswar, September 21 (IANS). Senior BJP Mla Jayanarayan Mishra welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement to implement the next generation GST from September 22. Mishra said this reform will provide the public by reducing the burden of rising prices and simplifying the tax system. He said this step is particularly beneficial for small businesses and MSMEs, as the government makes important efforts to strengthen the region. Mishra said: “People will now experience direct profits in their daily lives. The implementation of the next yen GST will ensure transparency and reduce unnecessary costs. I wish Premier Modi congratulations on this daring step.” He expressed the confidence that the new system would help promote economic activities across the country and provide relief to the ordinary people. A day before implementing the low rates of GST, Prime Minister Modi strongly advocated to promote indigenous goods, saying that the next generation GST reforms would speed up the development journey of India, increase the ease of business and attract more investors. At the same time, in this context, the Minister of Food and Supplies Rathin Ghosh of West Bengal said: “It will only be possible if the premier does not bring any product from abroad. If the center and the state work together, the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Waiting Mana (MnRega) and the money must be given.” said in Barasat in the North24 Parganas district on Sunday. He further said: “GST was implemented in 2017. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee wanted to ensure equality in the prices of different goods.
