Harvey MAKE FACES LAWSUIT TO RETURN RP73BN IN CSR FUNDS – ryan

Tempo.co, Pangkalpinang– Tin Smelter Company Pt Stanindo Inti Perkasa (SIP) has filed a civil lawsuit against Harvey laboredRepresenting Pt Refined Bangka Tin (RBT), demanding the return of RP73 billion in CSR funds. The case was lodged with the Pangkalpinang District Court on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

Pt Sip’s Legal Counsel, Andi Kusuma, said the funds were provided to support public welfare in Bangka Belitung but were misused. “We demand Harvey Return the CSR money intended for the community,” he stated at the court. He confirmed the RP73 Billion remains oarmarked for local residents.

Smelter Owner’s Statement
